* Fox River Arts Ramble
For Gallery 116, The St. Charles Arts Council will now curate art exhibits for the gallery, including the current exhibit of work by oil pastel artist Dianna Pursch. A reception will be held Saturday, June 15 in the Gallery from 6 - 8 pm to celebrate the partnership and Dianna's show. The gallery is open Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am - 9 pm, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am - 5 pm, Saturday from 9 am - 5 pm and Sunday from 10 am - 4 pm (closed on Mondays). For the Fox River Ramble, it will take place up and down the Fox River from Elgin to Aurora on Saturday, June 8 from 10 am - 4 pm. Artist studios in Elgin, St. Charles, Geneva, Batavia and Aurora will showcase individual artist's work. In addition, group shows will be held in St. Charles (116 Gallery and Fine Line Creative Arts Center), the Geneva Public Library, and Water Street Studios in Batavia.
