Margaret Bucholz Selected to Create 60-Sq. Ft Mural Above Menu Board at The Protein Spot in Wheaton, IL

Margaret's rendering meeting the theme: CELEBRATION OF WHEATON is 6-feet tall by 10-feet wide. Margaret is an active artist in the area known for her colored pencil and watercolor pieces. She teaches both adults and children at a variety of places including the DuPage Art League in Wheaton, IL

Using a washable pencil, Margaret completed her rendering and is now adding acrylic paint to the scene. The Protein Spot, located at 111 W. Front Street in downtown Wheaton plans to host a formal unveiling of the mural in May with a tentative date set for Saturday, May 11, 2024.
